My all-time childhood favourite...Japanese Cheeseballs!!! Very chewy one-bite snack with rich cheese flavour. They are best to be consumed right after you bake them as the texture tends to get hard after the water evaporates but you can spray some water on top and reheat them to enjoy up to 2 days!
